Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet. To do so, please email us at info@ellerystylestudio.com and include your order number. If your order has not been dispatched yet, we’ll cancel it immediately. If it’s already shipped, the regular return procedure applies.
Return & Exchange Process
You're free to return or exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them—no explanation needed.
Before starting, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- Items must not have been worn or washed
- Original tags should still be attached
- Ideally, products should be returned in their original packaging
That means you're welcome to try on the item, but wearing it for several days and then returning it isn’t permitted.
If your item meets the return conditions, please get in touch with our support team via info@ellerystylestudio.com. We’ll provide a return label for the process.
Refunds
After receiving your returned items (please ensure to use a trackable delivery service and send us the tracking number), we’ll inspect the return. If the items qualify, we’ll notify you by email and issue your refund within 14 days of the confirmation email.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In rare cases, you may receive a product that’s damaged or the wrong size or color.
No worries — we're ready to assist. Please take a clear photo of the issue, keep your order number ready, and send a short description of the problem to info@ellerystylestudio.com.
We’ll take care of the issue promptly, usually by sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.
