Order Dispatch

Typical delivery times look like this:
- After placing your order, we require 1–2 business days to process it. On weekdays, processing generally takes one day, but weekend orders (especially placed Friday evening or later) may take a bit longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and usually arrives within 4–6 business days.
You’ll be able to follow your shipment a few days after placing your order. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your package is on its way. You can use this link to track your parcel through our logistics partner. For more details, visit our tracking page.

Item Arrived Damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Occasionally, items can get damaged during shipping. In such cases, we’ll send a replacement parcel at no cost the first time. However, we do not offer a refund for the initial damage. If a second issue occurs, we will fully refund the amount paid.
How to Place an Order

Before continuing, double-check that you’ve selected the correct size, color, or style. When ready, click ‘Proceed to checkout’. On the information page, fill in your delivery details carefully. Once complete, click ‘Proceed to shipping’.

What if my parcel is lost?
If your package is lost or delivery fails due to logistical issues, we’ll first send out a new shipment. If your order is still undelivered 60 days after it has shipped, we’ll issue a full refund.
